Make finding "the One" a muscle...

Posted by Amber Kelleher on Jan 18, 2011 3:10:00 AM

We're already well into 2011, the Northeast is digging itself out of another "snowpocalypse", and the local gyms are full of the Resolutioners. You know who they are: they haven't lifted a freeweight in six months, their running shoes still have the price sticker on the bottom, and they've booked ten training sessions.

At least they are in the gym!

Only one out of five of these people will still be in the gym come March, and the difference will be that they have built up a habit, and going to the gym is just a muscle that they flex a couple of times a week. By hitting the weights on a regular basis, with goals and desire, being active becomes a natural part of their day.

Finding "the One" can become the same type of muscle.

If you're serious this year about finding the love of your life (it's a cheesy phrase, but a good one), then I want you to commit to it like you would commit to the gym. That means, a couple of times a week, every week, you break a sweat to find romance. It means you prepare for a date like you would stretch before a workout. It means you use a trainer (i.e., matchmaker), and their expertise, to make you successful.

Soon, finding love will be a habit, and every day you will get closer to your goal.

At Kelleher International we're hoping 2011 brings you exciting challenges and even greater successes and we look forward to being a part of it.
